Every HSA slab carries a certificate number and a QR code. Use either one to pull up the card's grading record — no account needed.

Option 1

Scan the QR code

  1. 1.Find the QR code on the back of your HSA slab.
  2. 2.Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code.
  3. 3.The verification page opens automatically with the full grading record.
Scanning takes you straight to the record — you never need to type anything.

Option 2

Enter the certificate number

Numbers only — found on the front of every HSA slab, e.g. 1000404.

Don't have the slab handy? Your account dashboard lists every card you've had graded.

Official grade

The final HSA grade locked at the time of grading.

Locked notes

The grader's notes are permanent and can never be edited.
