Submit your documents

A government photo ID is required. An EIN is not required. If you don't have an LLC, upload your Social Security card and enter its last four digits instead. Documents are stored securely and are only visible to the HSA approval team. PDF, JPG or PNG — max 5 MB each.

Tax information

Every HSA vendor must submit a completed Pennsylvania REV-1220 tax exemption certificate. Open the form, fill it in, sign it, then attach it below. It goes only to the HSA owner with the rest of your vendor profile.

Vendor payouts

Once approved, tell us how often you'd like HSA to pay out your sale earnings, and where the money should go. Weekly payouts are sent every Monday.

How should we pay you?

Use a debit card in your own name. HSA uses it only to send your sale payouts on the schedule you chose — never to charge you.

Vendor agreement

Every approved HSA vendor signs the binding two-year HSA Grading Vendor Agreement. Read it and sign it online — you'll get a PDF copy for your own records.

Your account and storefront are created automatically once HSA approves your application — you'll sign in with this application email. Payouts are sent on the schedule you choose above.

Requirements

  • Verified business or sole-trader identity
  • At least 25 graded or authenticated items in inventory
  • Ability to ship within 2 business days
  • Agreement to HSA authenticity and returns policy
  • Verification — government photo ID required. No LLC? Upload your Social Security card and its last four digits instead. An EIN is never required.
